Dean is an industry veteran of 30 years, most of which he has spent in Project and Program Management. He has worked in many industries on both the client-side and the supplier-side of project engagements. This has given him direct insight into the many challenges, prospective pitfalls and paths to successful implementation.
Working with such a vast array of Enterprise clients has ensured that Dean has delivered projects within many political landscapes. These have been under a wide variety of project management, regulatory and technology frameworks.
Dean also advises institutional money managers, private equity firms, hedge funds and strategy consultancies. He provides unbiased consultations to support buy-side research needs, ahead of key investment decisions (through Coleman Research, Capvision Partners, Guidepoint Global Advisors and Third Bridge).
He has recovered many large failing projects and programs of work. He is at ease working in high pressure, politically sensitive situations to help bring successful outcomes to all parties.
